DST Precision handles refund and exchange requests case-by-case so issues can be resolved quickly and fairly.

What To Expect

• Contact DST Precision within 30 days if an exchange may be needed.
• If the wrong DFAT size was ordered and a different size is needed, DST may be able to exchange it for a small shipping and handling fee.
• DST does not operate on a blanket money-back refund policy, so questions and issues should be raised directly for review.
• Fitment matters, especially on Gen 2 DFAT products, so ask questions before ordering if you are unsure.

Support And Warranty

DST Precision provides a one-year limited warranty on DFAT aluminum housing and glass lens from the purchaser’s receipt date.
